Cancelation of a reservation

• If a booking is cancelled before 43 days of arrival: the prepayment.
• For the cancellation in the period between 42 and 29 days prior the arrival: charges 35% of the full price of the reservation
• For the cancellation in the period between 28 and 22 days prior the arrival: charges 40% of the full price of the reservation
• For the cancellation in the period between 21 and 15 days prior the arrival: charges 50% of the full price of the reservation
• For the cancellation in the period between 14 and 6 days prior the arrival: charges 75% of the full price of the reservation
• For the cancellation in the period between 5 and 1 days prior the arrival: charges 90% of the full price of the reservation
• If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation at the day of arrival:charges the full price of the reservation
