Ligging woningThe house is located on the Camposol Urbanisation belonging to the authentic Spanish village of Mazarron in Murcia province.

You can land at the airport of Alicante (125 kilometers to the house) or Murcia (55 kilometers to the house). Generally there are from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany only a few flights to Murcia and much more supply there is towards Alicante. From England there are more flights to Murcia.
Meanwhile there is also a completely new airport ready, Murcia-Corvera 25-minute drive from the house. It is now waiting for the final opening. In the vicinity (10 minutes drive) there are several beautiful beaches belonging to the Costa Calida (means warm coast). This region is known as a very warm and sunny region with around 320 sunny days.

In Puerto de Mazarron is a beautiful promenade with lots of shops and restaurants.
On the urbanization itself and 4 km away from the house, there are also several restaurants and also a large supermarket and an additional several smaller shops.
In the nearby region almost daily markets are held, in addition to fruit and vegetables also lots of clothes and other accessories. The largest market with around 150-200 stalls, is held in Puerto de Mazarron every Sunday. For market lovers a must.


This beautiful holiday home is suitable for six adults. There are three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs. There is one large bedroom downstairs where easy a cot for children (it is present) can be added. The upstairs bedroom is connected to the bathroom and has access to the large roof terrace. The upper floor is accessed via a staircase.

There are two large bathrooms. Downstairs with a full bath and the upstairs bathroom has a shower. All bathrooms are also equipped with a toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge-freezer, oven with 4 halogen plates, a hood, a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, panini grill, fryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. There are obviously plenty of glasses, cups and saucers, plates, cutlery, pans, bowls and other mainstream tools.

The dining room is connected to the kitchen and has a large table and six chairs.
Directly next to the dining room is the living room with a 3 and 2 sofa, TV with Canal Digital (via NL-DE-EN satellite), radio with CD player and burner.

There are three air conditioning units and two large ceiling fans that provide the desired cooling. In connection with the climate and to avoid unnecessary costs, we kindly ask you for your cooperation. Turn the air conditioning off if you have the doors and windows open or if you’re out in the region. 15 minutes before going to sleep you can put on the air conditioning and keep doors and windows closed.

For the winter months we have in all rooms electric heating panels and also a wood-burner (with automatic fan) for a wonderful warmth.

All relevant windows are fitted with mosquito nets so you can keep the insects out and still get fresh air inside.

The house is entirely equipped with a professional alarm system. This will be explained by our key manager and there is also a clear user’s guide in the house. Unfortunately, there are in this region also thieves who coined the mainly on unwary tourists. If you sunbathe in front of the house to the pool and the port has not closed at the back and the kitchen is open, they feel invited to strike with all the inconveniences for you. Lock always your car and park it on the lot behind the gate.
We have fortunately never had a visit from the thieves, however, one hears here and there in the region still remains that it may occur.


In and around the house you can use free WIFI. You will receive the password from our key holder to launch the Wi-Fi connection. We kindly ask you not to manipulate the router, possible consequences are for your own account.


The entire house, including the pool, is equipped with a special water filtration system, you don’t have to worry about the quality of the water.
In the kitchen is a separate faucet for drinking water which is filtered via a second filter and thus you can drink fresh and delicious water. You do not unnecessarily drag and spending money for bottled water from the supermarket!


The house is on a plot of 600m2 so there is plenty of space around the house to enjoy the delicious hot and sunny climate. In addition, the whole plot is equipped with walls all around and has two lockable gates.

The private pool has a size of 7×11 meters and is equipped with a special children’s area with a depth of 0.6 meters. The rest of the pool has a depth of 1.20 – 1.70 meters. For the colder months there is a possibility of heating the pool; ask for the information and conditions (more information can be found under pricelist).
Around the pool are no glass allowed and this is especially also for your own safety and of the pool cleaner. In the kitchen are plastic cups, bowls and plates ready.
Furthermore, we would like to point out the special rules for the pool. These are present in the house and also again for your own health created. A part of the rules is to use the outdoor shower before taking a refreshing dip! If there is excessive amount of sunscreen in the pool it influences the quality. In exceptional cases, additional chemicals are needed to get the water back to normal and it may happen that you can not use te pool for a few days. To avoid this we ask for your cooperation in adhering to the rules.

The covered outdoor terrace offers a perfect view of the pool and if you look to the right you can see the untouched nature of the Spanish hinterland. Because the house is located at the end of the Urbanisation it is constantly very quiet and you can hear the birds chirping all day and you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation.
Upstairs there is a large roof terrace from which you also have a beautiful view and where it is also a nice stay. There are four beds, a large outdoor patio table and 10 chairs. In addition, a set of stone table and benches. A large portable umbrella provides the necessary shade.

Your (rental) car you can be safe in the driveway parking. There is ample space for two cars.


There is a cot a child and an adjustable high chair. Furthermore, there are various toy articles present for outdoor. If you would like to buy additional toys this can done with cheap prices in the special Chinese superstore which is located on the urbanization.
The pool has a separate children’s section, only 60 cm deep and is shielded from the main pool by masonry pillars. Due to the large tiled terrace there is enough place to play.
The whole plot is lined with walls and gates so that the children can not just leave the plot. There is also be sporadic traffic in the street.


The urbanisation has a professional fitness studio where people in various air-conditioner cooled spaces can exercise. Group lessons are also offered.

Golf course

On the urbanisation (1.5 kilometers from the house) is a beautiful 18-hole golf course where upon payment of a small green fee 9 or 18 holes can be played. There is also a driving range and practice area. It can also be rented various equipement if you don’t want to bring your own with you.
The region is wellknown for the amount of golf courses and thus every golf can enjoy this fascinating sport.

Outdoor recreation

Hiking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, tennis, quad biking, all can be found in the immediate vicinity of the urbanisation.
At the house there are two bikes that can be rented for 25 euros per bike / per week through the key manager.


Upon arrival at the prearranged meeting point you will be welcomed by our key managers who accompany you to our house and show you everything and give a full explanation on the various issues. You will receive the key sets and they will wish a very happy holiday. If you need help during the time that you are our guests, please contact our key managers and they will try to help you to answer your questions or solve the problem for you.
We all together will do our maximum effort to make your holiday a successful event.

Bring with you

Besides your clothes and shoes you should please bring beach towels with you to use them on the sunbeds and / or at the beach. Bed linen and towels are all provided and made available to you. A dry milling, iron and ironing board is also provided so that you can possibly wash in between your items.

Rental car

You can pre-all from your home address to reserve a rental car, however, we can hereby also help by putting you in touch with our regular service partner.
Should you wish to do so, please send us an email with all relevant information: airport arrival and departure -vluchtnummers – rental period – number of persons – any child seat (s) – number of large suitcases – the number of carry-on luggage – your naw data and address.
We will send our regular supplier an email with you cc so that the offer and the rest of the process can be handled directly with you. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by one of the workers and handing you your car. Most rental companies require a credit card.
Please note that you always check that you book with the right insurance at the car. Very often one is trying to lure customers without a complete insurance. We can send you detailed description with the way so you can find your holiday domicile without navigation easy.

Overwintering in a nice climate

The Costa Calida is beside the lovely summer also well known for its mild winter. Therefore, it is also a great opportunity to escape the real winter and spend in and around Casa Mazarron. The average temperatures in the winter months around 15 degrees and with the sun during the day also warmer days are possible.
Our house is equipped with electric heating panels in every room and in the living room we have a burner with automatic fan that ensures a comfortable warmth within minutes. For extended periods of long therm rentals we have special offers, which we will send you if this is desired.
